Business internet
Internet your business can depend on
Low-contention business plans with a VoIP phone line and priority support, or a dedicated link up to 1 Gbps when your bandwidth must be yours alone. For shops, offices, schools, clinics, hotels and institutions in Busia County.
Shared or dedicated?
Two ways to connect a business
Shared business plans
Your link is shared with a small number of other business customers (a low contention ratio), which keeps the price down while giving you much steadier speeds than a home package. The speed shown is the maximum download speed.
- Best for shops, small offices, cyber cafés, clinics and schools
- 10, 20 or 30 Mbps, unlimited usage
- VoIP line with 1 hour free talk time monthly
- Priority customer care
- Fixed monthly price, 30-day billing cycle
Dedicated links
A dedicated link is yours alone, with 1:1 contention. The bandwidth you buy is the bandwidth you get, all day, whatever your neighbours are doing. Speeds are available up to 1 Gbps and every link is designed and quoted for your specific site.
- Best for institutions, hotels, hospitals, banks, NGOs and larger offices
- Guaranteed bandwidth, up to 1 Gbps
- Priority customer care and fault response
- VoIP and other requirements scoped with you
- Prices negotiable, quoted per site

What you get
Built for work, not just browsing
Low contention ratio
Business links are shared among far fewer customers than home packages, so your speed holds up through the working day.
VoIP line included
A business phone line over your connection, with 1 hour of free talk time every month on every business package.
Priority customer care
Business faults go to the front of the queue, with a direct line to the engineers who built the network.
Local engineers
Technicians based in Busia for on-site support when a remote fix is not enough.
Quotations
How a business quotation works
- Tell us about the site. Location, how many people and devices, what you run (video calls, cloud systems, point of sale, CCTV), and the speed you have in mind.
- Free survey. An engineer visits, checks line of sight to our network and the best place for the equipment.
- Written quotation. Monthly price, installation cost and what is included. Dedicated links are priced per site.
- Installation and testing. You test the link before the installation fee is due.
